Dr. M. Lucia Jimenez, DPT, MA is Principal and Clinical Director of Elmhurst Physical Therapy & Balance Center , a full service rehabilitation facility based in Queens, New York City. Dr. Jimenez received her B.S. in Physical Therapy in Bogota, Colombia South America, and her MA in Pathokinesiology from New York University and earned a degree as Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Dr. Jimenez brings 15 years of experience as a healthcare practitioner in rehabilitation.

We are proud to be recognized for performing and establishing treatment for a full complement of diagnoses including Orthopedic/Sports Related, Neurological and Vestibular conditions. Our therapists have extensive training with degrees and certifications that garnered recognition for excellence in patient care in the borough of Queens.

Committed to our patients well being and recovery, our facility offers state-of-the-art equipment designed to facilitate early return to functional activities. Our professional, bi-lingual administrative staff and expert licensed clinical therapists will do everything to make the rehabilitation process seamless and efficient.

We continue our involvement with the community sponsoring seasonal sports teams for children and women and speaking at various Senior Help Centers providing topical information about physical well-being and health care.
